How does Luxury Tax work
Can someone please explain to me how luxury tax works in this game? when does it kick in, and how does it impact budgets? i can't find a category in the financial team page for it, so i have no idea if a team is over the tax or not.

Look at your finances tab. It will show whether you're sending money to other teadms or getting money from other teams.

Why do people use different players, different lineups, different strategy, development, talent change randomness, and the development lab, but judge the game on whether it produces historical statistics? |

I don't recall the calculations but it's described in the setup screen for the feature.
