No playoffs after expansion

I posted this in the FHM10 forum but it was suggested to me that I post it here too.. after starting a regular game.. I expand from 32 to 36 teams.. first time I did it.. I used the playoff format that is used for a standard game.. and the 2nd time I used the 4 teams per division one.. and in each instance.. after expansion draft and all of what I did...when playoff time came around.. you saw the playoff tree.. but there were no teams in it at all and no mention of playoffs in the play to area under play... I can't continue my game untill this is resolved..I love my expansion teams... any help will be appreciated

Please upload the save (instructions here) and I'll have a look - I'm not sure what exactly could be causing this, that playoff system shouldn't have any issues with a 4-team expansion, unless you've done some kind of radical realignment to the division/conference structure.
