League point system

Maybe baseball purest’s wont like this but I only play fictional anyway, but I’d love the option to have a league point system in game for the regular season. For example, similar to the NHL 2 points for a win, 0 for a loss unless you lose in extra innings then you get a loser point. It’s terrible to see a team play a 20 inning game only to lose and leave with nothing. I get it, that’s baseball. I’d love to have the option. I’m not saying I’d use it with every save but I’d think it would be cool.

Admittedly this is not what you wish to be able to do, but allowing ties after certain number of extra innings might make you feel a litter better

True, you’re right. However the reason I don’t use ties is because I love those game that go like 15,16,17+ innings. Just sucks to see a team be on the losing end of it.
