Scouting Discoveries Prospects Bug

Playing standard game and like about a week into every sim- there are now 20 new "scouting pitching discovery prospects" added into top 100. I have prospects list set to dynamic for reference. I can't figure out how to attached screenshot but half of the top 10 prospects are all new 5 star scouting discoveries randomly found in the first week.

Edit: Turned off scouting and all are still 5 stars as well. Almost every team now has two randomly scouting discoveries in the top 100. By May 1st- 24 of these in top 100- also on the 20 to 80 scale these players have potentials of 90-95 in various individual categories.

This is still happening as of today. It begins right after the top 100 prospects come out for the year and then every scouting director makes a ton of scouting discoveries that continue on for the entire month of the first season that all end up in top 100 prospects and head straight to INTC. Difficult to balance the game well as fictional players keep being added every day that are all 5 stars/80 potential.

Yes, this will be fixed in the new build.
