No more real player ratings in CSV/SQL export?

Is there a way to export the real player ratings (now out of 550) instead of the scaled ratings (e.g. 20/80) like in years past? I've checked the "Show real player ratings" box in the MySQL dump config but it still appears to be returning the scaled scouted ratings. The db_dump_standard_mysql.cfg file looks identical to the one I'm using for OOTP 24, which exports the real player ratings.

I saw the note below from the OOTP 25 Changelist so I'm slightly concerned.

If you export the roster it shows the new ratings

So going forward it will match the settings you have in game settings? I guess I can live with it but I really preferred having the actual ratings.
