How to control all teams?

Beginner question here:

I'm trying to be GM/Manager of all teams, and have the opportunity to play out every game as Manager of both teams. I'm in Commissioner mode and have selected the option of "Control every team."

But when I complete a game on a given day between two teams, all of the other games are simmed automatically. If there are four games on that day's schedule, I can't figure out how to play the other three games.

It seems to operate this way even if I do not have an official "manager job."

Any advice on how to play out each game on a given day?

In the pre game screen, right hand column where the Game Options are listed, at the very bottom where it says "Simulate World in Background" - set the drop down to "No (disables baseball news network)"

You only have to do this once. The setting will stick from there on and you'll be fine.

Unhappy

Apologies -- I guess I'm just not able to figure this out. I don't see a "Real-World" checkbox on any screen, including the OPTIONS screen.

I'm in Commissioner mode. I have set myself to control all teams. I have disabled storylines. And yet any fictional league I start only allows me to manage one game each day. When that game is complete, I leave the game, go back to the SCORES screen, and the other games have already been completed by the AI.

I can't figure anything out from the HELP manual. Turning to this great forum to help me figure out what I'm completely missing here on my settings. Thank you.

I had this issue too. Seems like a lousy place to have an important function placed. Perhaps in the next version it can moved to the "PLAY" screen and toggle on or off.

Meh. I set it here once and then forget about it. I also control every team but I suspect that the vast, vast, vast majority of people do not play this way.
