FHM 10 Latest Version Keeps Crashing

My game in 27-28 keeps crashing when I move to new season. No clue why.

I looked into the save: you renamed "England" to "Great Britain". Unfortunately we use some nation names hardcoded in some spaces and England is one of them.

So if you rename "Great Britain" in your save back to "England" it will work again (I tested it and was able to move to the new season).
