Player Photos keep Changing to FaceGens

I use player photos instead of facegens. Half the time the player photo gets changed to a fg and i have to go in, delete the face generated photo, and let it load from photos again. Then the FG replaces it at some point anyway.

I unchecked use FGs for photos, and then it started changing the photos to a jersey of the player number. How do I prevent this from happening?

Don't uncheck anything from that "Other Options" list that begins with "Use FaceGen for person pictures", the default settings should result in your player photos being used. If it's using them for a while and then replacing them with a facegen picture, have you noticed any specific circumstances where that's happening, e.g. after a player is traded or otherwise moves teams? I think we had an issue at one point where the player card pictures (which necessarily use facegen) were overriding the image used in other places, but as far as I remember that was fixed.
