No Transaction Log

I'm part of the simsportsgaming daily OOTP league. (details and league file here https://simsportsgaming.com/ssgbaseball/)

Last year when we converted to 24, we no longer could see league-wide transactions. This year, it looks like we're running into the same issue. It's also not entirely clear if the transaction logs for individual teams are fully working. I'm just reaching out to let the developers know and to see if any other leagues have dealt with/fixed this issue.

There are people who do way more behind the scenes stuff and I'll let them know about this post, in case there's anything they want to add.

We still have members having this issue but some have no problem. Any fixes?

I'd imagine you've covered many possible causes so what I'm about to post may be of no help at all. Since it happens to some and not others is there any chance their anti-virus isn't allowing the text files to be written?

I'm only a solo player and after one of the latest patches (I think it was three patches back, IIRC) in v25, OOTP would no longer write news stories or log transactions in my game. This had never happened before. What I found was my AV was not allowing the game to write these particular files to disk. The funny thing is I could still play my games, players would have their stats updated, standings worked fine, league leaders, etc., and the game would save when I was done. The only thing that was broke was text files, like logs and news stories, were being blocked. I only noticed because I check my emails, new stories, and all league transactions on a daily basis. First day I had no reports of news or transactions, which does happen on occasion. Next day was the same and I knew that wasn't right as I had traded a player, the players moved to their new teams, but there was no log of the trade. Went looking and found the fix for me was whitelisting.

I thought I had white listed v25, as I had previous versions but when checking I saw I had not. I whitelisted OOTP in my AV and my reports were back. Even though I had not whitelisted v25 I was still getting these reports until the patch I mention above.

I'd guess this is something you've already covered and your response may well be "duh, of course we have whitelisted OOTP", but, I am just trying to help and thought it worth mentioning after what happened in my game.
