Pro Rel League Not Starting Offseason

Hello, I've started a Pro Rel league using existing MLB and MiLB teams. I've Noticed Across all 6 leagues the offseason has yet to start there's no offseason events on the calender.

Just a couple of notes about the league incase any of these caused the issue
- Moved 6 MLB teams to the 2nd tier
- Have various tournments in the Offseason
- Made the six tiers (MLB, AAA, AA, A, Indy, Indy) league types
- Generated a fictional schedule for all leagues

I've done this in the past in OOTP didn't have any issues expect teams running out of money.

I Tried to do the FTP thing but don't think it uploaded right i'm on mac.
I can aslo send anyone the league files to try to help out. Please let me know any suggestions!

One thing that might prevent the offseason is if there is a game in any of the leagues (typically an orphaned playoff game) that never got played or got accidently got put off in the future by mistyped digit in the year. I swear I've seen that in some threads in the past but I'm going by memory.
