Multiplayer league simulation is abnormally slow every in-game Wednesday

While simming forward in the offseason, we started experiencing incredible slowdowns on certain dates. We are talking several hours to go forward that one day, while the other days only take a few minutes.

August 8 (which also seems to be KHL preseason opening)
August 15
August 22 (KHL's season opening night)

Our league is not KHL at all, but those dates seem to be related to it.

I can provide the savefile both on August 20 and July 1st of 2029 if needed.

A few hours should never happen, so if you upload a save (or both) I can take a look!

Hello Sebastian, I have uploaded the August 20 file to your server as SHF-slowdown.zip

The next really slow date is August 22, as stated in my post.

Important to note, the very first slow date was August 8, 2029. Every other day before that was fine.

2nd Important note, on the file I uploaded I have debug tracing on as I was trying to figure out if something would show up in the log. The problem still happens with debug tracing off

I think I fixed the save, at least my test run normal again on the 22th.

Please download the zip and replace the teams.dat in it with the one in your save.

Thank you Sebastian, that seems to have fixed the issue! (at least for now). Was there anything wrong I have done with the file to cause it? I'd love it if I could prevent it from re-happening

The scouting priority list "rest of world" from Edmonton was broken, I don´t know why.
