I've been noticing in my current save that there's a TON of five-star opportunities being converted in the field. Guys will make routine catches that the game says are five-star difficulty and I'm worried it might artificially inflate ZR or efficiency numbers, which would in turn influence WAR totals. It's not just anecdotal; I've noticed a big uptick in BIZ-Z and BIZ-Zm numbers. There's also a lot of MAMMOTH home runs being hit. Guys will casually hit 450, 460, 470, 480 to center or even opposite field routinely. I know that doesn't actually have any effect on the game but it feels like it breaks immersion a little bit. Is it possible this could be looked into for the next patch? Thanks.

I agree. It makes me think of Power Up Baseball, the would-be NBA Jam of baseball. Even still on OOTP24 I see far too many crazy catches. Yeah, they're cool, but they lose their coolness when you see them so often.
When it comes to HR distances, I found this link and this link informative. We really shouldn't be averaging much more than a single 450+ home run a day in a 30 team league. Mind you, I don't have a clue what we are averaging, just what we should be. I personally don't have a problem with the distances I see (I'd say it's rare for me to see what I think is a long home run), but my league is a highly customized fictional league so I can't really compare it to MLB.

Yeah, home run distances are ridiculous in this version. Probably 8/10 home runs are referred to as "one of the longest home runs every hit" or something similar by the play-by-play. Most are 450+

The fact that's triggering "one of the longest home runs every hit" in the PBP shows that something is off. No matter the distance there shouldn't be that many longest ever hit being hit that often.

I play with the stadiums and dimensions that came with the game and have also notice almost all home runs seem to between 420-465 feet,
