pregame preview won't allow me to use DH

Both leagues set to DH, but pregame lineup in Colorado has pitcher in lineup and won't let me insert DH. In pregame lineup, if I click "no DH", ONLY the DH appears in the lineup. Somehow got around it to play one game, but now can't get past it.

Alright, that probably didn't make much sense. When I choose to play today's game, a lineup is automatically suggested. I typically tweak it day-to-day. Both leagues are set to DH all the time, and the lineup for the opponent (Colorado) loads with DH. Mine does not. I can't insert the DH, it's forcing me to have the pitcher hit. If I look at the overview pane, and click on NO DH, it removes DH for both teams. I COULD do that, but Raffy Devers is my DH, and that's not a bat I want out of the lineup. Also, I'd like to fix the issue. No idea if it's just Colorado, but that's where it started (not an issue in the past). I can't continue my season, and restoring from backup has not fixed the issue. Forcing reinstall of game data does not fix the issue.

Check your pitcher's strategy screen. It sounds like the "skip DH when playing" box is checked.

That was it. Now the impossible question: How did that happen? I've literally never been on that screen, for ANY player.

Maybe your manager settings are set to handle that? You're definitely not the first person for it to happen to. I can't remember if we figured out what the reason was for them.
