Error on Steal of 3rd Bug--Also in OOTP 24

I reported this bug in OOTP 24 and was told it would be fixed in OOTP 25, but it is still not fixed.

When a runner steals third base and the catcher makes a throwing error, rather than sending the runner home, the game only sends him to third, as if he was stealing second.
