Is it against the rules to ask for someone to upload/send me a game file?

I have OOTP 24. Basically, I've been updating/correcting the Master.csv file for players and would like to make sure certain things haven't been corrected for OOTP 25 before I start posting corrections in the historical database correction thread. (Awful lot of Canadians born in Toronto, The United States, may still need to be corrected, for example.)

OR, if there's a full changelog comparing 24 and 25, or if someone just knows that not much was changed, etc.

Conversely, would it be alright if I were to upload my Master.csv file once I've fully updated it? Somebody could use it, I'm sure.

I didn't think anyone other than the OP would be interested in this, but I've had a couple more people request access to it. And when I looked at it again it's been changed (presumably by the OP) so I made a new copy from the original csv that I've protected and anyone who wants it can just select File > Make a Copy.

I'll change the link in my first post to this one and transfer ownership of the first copy to the OP.
