Development Lab - Off Season

Hi All,

Has anyone ever reached the start of off season, and OOTP sends a message that the Development lab is open, but, when dragging a player to get his programs that there are none available. When you click on the Display programs that cannot be completed before the season starts ... All the programs show up... Not sure where to go, I have tried many options, nothing seems to work. So if you have seen this occurrence or have any ideas on how to fix it, it would be much appreciated....

I finally fixed to redoing the entire events list...
