FHM 11 - Many/All Coaches getting fired
Is anyone else seeing issues with coaches getting fired after the season?

Too late for Marty St. Louis and Chris Chelios, each fired at the end of their first year under me (but by the AI)

In a really weird part of this, Chelios was replaced by Ulf Samuelsson (an assistant), but when I went to the team's STAFF page, Ulf wasn't there either.
