FaceGen problem for players.

For a long time i had a problem with faces for players. It usually happens when the hockey cards for three players come up under the loading screen. Then faces for the players will be reset (?) and become fictional.

And yes, i have the FaceGen for Mikael Granlund.

What is this due to? Is it a setting or a bug?

Hello, you are not the only one who has encountered this, also those whom I know instead of facegen in the player’s profile display a jersey with a number, maybe you know what the problem could be?

I reported this as a bug in FHM10.

If there is no player_pics record for a player (e.g. at start of a new game), the hockey card generation process is
creating a fictional image, rather than checking to see if a facegen exists for the player.

That fictional image then also gets used for the Player profile picture
until you do Auto Reload in the picture menu, and it will then update with the facegen.

Seems like the only workaround currently would be to look at the profile of every single player in the league in order to retrieve and cache their facegen for when the cards generate....that's not a practical or realistic workaround really though

The problem is still there when I started a new save with the New York Islanders after the last update. See attached picture.
