Simple fix to make FHM11 fully playable on Steam Deck

I've had a chance to play with FHM11 on the steam deck now. It seems to install and load fine. If you sim a whole match it works fine, but if you want to watch the 2d game it hangs/crashes.

That is fixable by removing or renaming a file.

In desktop mode find the following folder:

steamapps\common\Franchise Hockey Manager 10\texttospeech\

There should only be one file in there called

qTextToSpeech-sapi.dll

If you delete it or rename it to qtexttospeech-sapi-dll.BACKUP

Then the game runs perfectly well, including fully watchable matches.

This will probably mean you can't use the text to speech option however.
