NIHL foreign players

The NIHL has a limit of 3 foreign players per team. This is not in place for Solway Sharks, who can play more than 3 foreign players.

It's because they're based in Scotland, so the game technically treats them as a foreign team. There's a separate setting for their import player restrictions for foreign teams that needs to be changed; it'll be fixed in the next update but if you want to do it now, with commissioner mode on, go to League Edit on July 1 and in the Rules sectrion, change "Max Foreign (Foreign Team)" from 99 to 3.
