Goalies starting basically every game

After the most recent patch in GM only mode I cannot get the AI to use the backup unless I manually set it by game. Even in back to back which I have set to 4, the starter gets both.

This is across the board in the NHL as I'm at around 50-53 games played and:

2 have started 50
11 have started 45+ (9+ in 10)
12 have started 40-44 (8+ in 10)

In 2023 Saros lead the league in games with 64 which is under 80%. Only 5 goalies played more than 70%

Definitely too high since a late change to FHM10, we're working on it.
