Schedule request: 40 teams, 168 games

My apologies in advance. This one's going to be a pain in the neck.

40 teams total:
5 teams per division x 4 divisions per subleague x 2 subleagues

(AL W/C/S/E, NL W/C/S/E)

168 games:
-12 games (6H/6A, 3-game series) vs division enemies
-6 games (3H/3A, 3-game series) vs subleague enemies
-6 games (3H/3A, 3-game series) vs interleague enemies of matching division. E.g. AL West teams play 6 games each against 5 NL West enemies.

No need to schedule all star game or days off. I will handle these myself. I'm just having a rough time setting up these games with the 5-team divisions.

Could one of these schedules for that league configuration work for you as a starting point?

The one change to matchups would be to turn the set of interleague series against the non-corresponding division to the "other" games against the corresponding division to balance the home/away.

Yeah, if there were a way to switch those non-corresponding IL games back to the corresponding IL division, that schedule setup would be perfect.

The only reason I didn't wind up going with that schedule is, I'll be honest, I'm not that well versed in crafting these schedules - so I had a hard time finding a straightforward way to switch those IL matchups. If you have any pointers/instructions on how to do that, I'm happy to play the role of "trained monkey" and do the actual legwork!
