Importing a draft class

I've tried all the usual tricks. Nothing seems to work. I've tried CSV files and Text files. I don't believe this is possible in OOTP 25. Has anyone ever had this work?

Do you mean taking from one game and putting it into another? For what I understand this has never been possible without doing a whole crazy process.

For what the devs say it is done this way.

It's doable, but it's not exactly simple.

What you'd need to do is to go to the draft screen and export the draft class in both your save, and in a new save that pulls in the changes you want to include.

Then copy over the players from the new save into the sheet of the old save. You need to be very careful not to overwrite the id's though. So you need to keep the old id's, but copy in the new player data.

There will be a problem though, since we've added more players, you'll run out of id's to use. What you'd need to do is to create a whole bunch of fictional players in your save and have them assigned to the draft class. Make however many you need extra to give everyone an id.

Then use that export as the base to copy over the new player data into. Then import into your game and you should be good. I would suggest backing everything up first though, in case something goes wrong when you're juggling the files.
So, you need two files. One from the game you want the draft class from and then one from the game you want to put them in. You then need, at the very least, the same number of players. You then copy over all the info making sure you do not overwrite the player ID.

Then you can import that original game file back into your OOTP 25 game with the draft class you wanted.

Is there a ready-made draft class for the upcoming draft?
