Is there a way to adjust min req for career leaders?

Hi,
Hoping one of you veterans or developers could answer a simple question I have in regard to being able to change the career leaders minimum requirements amounts for hitting and pitching. I started a fictional league and after 3 seasons it still shows the career minimum requirements as 502 plate appearances for hitting and 162 IP for pitching. I'd like to be able to raise that. Same would go for team leader minimum requirements. I have a league that has 100 seasons done and would like to be able to increase pitching from 500 IP to 1000 IP. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
