The ability to highlight or bold players on the roster page, etc.

I have 25 hitters in spring training and only a couple of open roster spots. I'd love to be able to highlight (color) or bold the guys who are already on the team or vice versa.

One quick suggestion regarding ST rosters for players not on the 40man roster is to use a filter for "one secondary roster" and set to "No" to display players you want to view while "hiding" the ones on your 40man.
I use this to send that non 40man players to AAA and then I can make my final roster decisions based on who is already on 40man.

Also - You can create a shortlist and it will make the player names in all caps, but this only really works if you don't have more than one shortlist (I use mine for "top prospect" tracking, so it isn't an option for me).
