Things I would like to see added to add to the front office feel more.

More assistant GM. Every team has multiple AGM and I feel like this would add to the realistic office feel and maybe it could help as these AGM could be set to have their focus on certain aspects. Like they can work mainly Player Development, or give analytic feedback. Also maybe there will be a way were they do contract negotiations for maybe smaller signings. Let's say you need some bullpen pieces. They can handle negotiations of non-big ticket FA and email you an offer they think will help.

Another idea is agents and agent influence. Design an agent mechanic where certain agents will be harder to deal with then some. Players can also change agents based on their needs.

With deferred contracts being a thing. It may be time to look into adding those into the game. This would add more depth into managing payroll.
