Combinator Card Boosting

Can any purchased Combinator Card be used to boost another CC? If so are there any restrictions? And if to buy a CC that the Combinator Value is like 5000 (not the purchase price) but the CC value does it change when used to boost another CC card.

Yes, a purchased Combinator Card can be used to boost another Combinator Card. And yes, I do believe the value of the card in terms of Combinator Point value can change depending on which player you are attempting to boost.
