“Unproven” coaches
What’s the deal with unproven coaches? All of their skills are horrible. How long does it take for them to develop?
Or are their true skills and abilities unlocked/revealed after they complete a season or two? Their abilities in development and mechanics are all poor. It’s a fairly new online league, by the way. |

coach skills can change, but it's extremely minimal. Not even enough to notice. It would be nice if coaches had some sort of potential mechanic, but they don't.
Go ahead and ignore the coach reputation because it's meaningless.

Is it normal for a relatively new online league to have so many crappy coaches with Poor ratings in the beginning? I'm talking like around 70-75% of all available coaches...
