Game Saves
New player here and i have a quick question, I created a game and adjust all my settings, moved Washington back to Montreal and I would like to keep that save intact so I can restart if needed. I don't see a way to create another save with a different name so I can keep the first one intact, am I dumb? What is the way to do it?

Save as a QuickStart once you got it where you want to freeze it (and return to again, and again, and again). If you put a lot of time in, a Backup with an altered name wouldn’t hurt either.

Or just zip the saved game's folder. Easy to roll back if necessary.

Copy and paste the save file and then rename it.
In your saved games folder it'll be a folder with .lg on the end. Just copy, paste and rename it to something new ending in .lg. I also use this method to make my own backups |

Or you can make a backup and then re-name the backup and keep it as your original template/game save. |
