Player Pool for Custom Games

Is there an option to include all real players in the game (or at least top American/European leagues) in a FA pool when creating a custom game?

I would like to start a custom game with as many real players available to build from, but from what I recall the process to do so was quite tedious, as we only have the option to add the two major NA leagues + CHL or import individual teams into a custom game.

Are there any workarounds to this process such as importing a typical save into a custom game and creating an additional custom league after, importing entire leagues in bulk, or importing an FA pool?

If not possible in 10/11, I would like to see this in FHM12. Many things in the game could be much easier to setup and navigate. I'll probably end up skipping FHM12 like I did FHM11 if issues with ease of use and customization aren't fixed.
