New Feature Suggestion

I made this suggestion awhile back, but I didn't get any feedback, so maybe it just got overlooked. If this exists, please tell me where to find it, how to turn on, etc.
An auto-save feature where the individual game you are playing automatically saves after each at bat, so that if you have one of those rare, unexpected game crash / shut down, you can re-open the game to the point where it shut down, instead of having to replay the entire game. It's only happened to me twice, but I think it would be a nice feature, if it can be done.

I have had similar happen, many times over 25 years, but maybe once each season. I think each pitch would be crazy, it would be saving non stop basically.

Maybe end of each half inning option?
