What happens if

I have historical settings all on and remove the color barrier.
New to the game.

The players in the NeL (a minor league in OOTP historical) will be free to sign in the MLB. If you don't have Real Minors enabled but checked the box in the Wizard to use the NeL players that have Major League Equivalencies available, those select players should be available as free agents even with their NeL league not showing.
