Custom Game Universe crashes on same date

Crashes straight to desktop on 4/12 of a custom universe (leagues in USA (2, east and west), Korea, Japan, Caribbean/Mexico).

There's no indications of cause of crash while simming games. Graphics drivers have been updated.

It's now happening with a different league setup of roughly the same dimensions. Let me know if you need that one to go with the one I already loaded.
