Player Development Lab

I am currently setting up my world template. The last version of ootp I played was v14.

The only thing I have questions on so far for my template is the Player Development Lab. Anyone able to give me a rundown on what it is, how it works, and do you recommend using it?

Once again, these are all based off 25. I have not done an in-depth video to all of the changes but at least these videos break things down a bit.

I'm finishing up my second fictional season with 26 and I'm probably going to discontinue using the development lab. I loved in in 25, but they seem to have programmed out almost all the potential positives. I could be wrong, but it now seems like the lab just provides a chance to get a player injured or frustrated, along with a Powerball Lottery chance of getting a somewhat positive outcome.
