Can someone PLEASE create an updated Citi Field?
The latest-season for a Citi Field mod (that I could find anywhere) is 2015.
Is there a more modern Citi Field mod I can use with OOTP26? The OOTP 26's game-included CitiField looks almost NOTHING like CitiField, at ALL. And the (really well-done) "2015 Citi Field" mod, while vastly superior to the OOTP-included CitiField, is still somewhat outdated now. Is there a more recent CF mod (with, say, the retired numbers in the rafters, for example)? And if so, can someone here please point me to where I can download it? Thank you! |

Simple. AS I stated clearly above, the OOTP-26 game-included CitiFIeld bears little resemblance to the actual CitiField. THe most recent Citi Field mod online, which is very well-done, was for "Citi Field 2015" (and is named as such). It's STILL better than the game's CitiField park, and closer to the real thing, but there have been some additions to the park in real lfie since then, including some fence distance- changes as well as several retired numbers that would be seen near the upper reaches of the stadium's roof. also, in the 2015 Citi mod, the names on the "scoreboard" are from that season.
There. I think that's pretty clear (although my original post was clear, as well). So I ask again: does anyone know of any recent CitiField BP mods that are from more recent seasons, perhaps with retired player numbers, etc? |

He was asking you to elaborate on what is missing/different regarding the game-included CitiField.
You have said it "bears little resemblance", but you have provided no details/specifics/evidence of that claim. |

This is not a court trial.
Anyone can take a look at the OOTP 26-included Citi Field BP. Now compare it to pics of the real, current CitiFIeld. Anyway, that's not my point OR my question. I was asking if there were any CitiFIeld mods that were more recent than a "2015" model. Pretty simple question. You guys seem to be clearly avoiding my question...so I'm guessing the answer is no. Or, as I would gladly do if I knew of a more recent modded CIti BP, I'd tell someone who asked if I knew of one. Last edited by robedits; 03-24-2025 at 07:37 AM. |

I think the one that is included with the game is pretty good and would recommend that.

For those interested: I DID find a 2024 thread here on the OOTP DEV forum, where someone named Mike provided a link to HIS modern BPs, which were modded in 2024. The Citi in THIS one (you must D/L it from his dropbox, for which Mike provides a link),IMHO, is a little bit "better" than the OOTP26-included Citi Field (compare for yourself as I did), but unfortunately there is no "live"scoreboard.
SO for now, I'm going back to silvam/adion's CitiField 2015 BP mod. NO live scoreboard there, either, but it's richly detailed (moreso, IMHO, than the one OOTP26 provides). Link: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...=353430&page=3 Last edited by robedits; 03-24-2025 at 10:35 AM. |

silvam14 has updated all the parks to have live scoreboards, so by all means let him know on his thread if his current download has a park where it isn't active.

In my humble opinion, I think the Citi field in OOTP26 looks pretty damn good and better than my versions. I have no "modern" version of Citi Field as I feel the one with OOTP looks great and do not feel spending the time necessary to try and make something look better than that is a good use of my time.

UNderstood. The citifield 2015 is fantastic...did you create that, or Adion? I just love the colors in it. ANyway, the OOTP 26-included parks are very good (ALL the game's included stadia are worlds better looking than they used to be and I'm glad for that), just: IMHO...the colors are all so very muted for my taste. If I could figure out how to add the retired numbers to the rafters of the Citi2015 mod, and replace the player pics on the scoreboard, I'd be much more satisfied using that one than the game's CitiField.
