Ai firing head coaches after 1 game

As the title says. Teams are firing their head coaches after a loss. It isn't a sure fire guarantee that the AI is firing after a loss but its happening often enough where its an issue. Now I may not mind it if it happened once or twice a season, however its been a game and 8 teams have fired their head coaches including the Monarchs who made the playoffs that year. Again, if this happened once or twice then fair enough sometimes to get things going is a coaching change. But if it happens over 10 times in 2 days then something isn't right. Idk if this matters but this is a save that I started on 8 then imported it all the way to 10. Played it for a bit and then imported it to 11. Got back to it last night and noticed the insane amount of firings, then I thought to myself: well this isn't supposed to happen which leads me to this post.

I'd like to have a look at that save if you can upload it. I'm wondering if the changes to job security we made this year might not be playing well with the older data, but we'll need to have a look to see for sure.

Yep its a job security thing. Whatever change that was made borks the job security of imported saves.
