Can I change the neon green text/background?

Small nit pick but I find the neon green text to be kind of difficult to look at. What I mean by this is color that highlights your team’s information ( players in the stats leaderboard, your team name, etc) and also the green background on the away game scoreboard.. Is there a way of changing this just to neutral color or how 25 was ? Thanks.

I don't see this setting anywhere ... a screengrab to show where, under settings, it is located would be great

EDIT: Nevermind, it's under settings on the main screen, not game settings, and mine is set to Yes, and I still see the green text like other folks above me, so I wonder if this affects something else other than the green text.
