Ppi eligibility
I've got 2 rookies on my opening day roster, drafted by me, and both say they're ineligible for the incentive. Is this because they haven't got a full season in yet, a known bug because they were drafted while I was playing ootp 25, or did I somehow mess up(0 days major league service time, used them in spring training, added them to 40 man on opening day). When does ineligible change to eligible?
