Child Coaches?

So I just started a save in the 1982-83 NHL season. I am looking for a Head Coach for my team. Here are a few of the "Nationally Known" Candidates:

Kerry Huffman - Age 14
Mark Dennehy - Age 13
Dave Mason - Age 14
Mike Eastwood - Age 15
Jason Christie - Age 13

Are those guys going to show up in the database later in their regular roles?

was Kevin McAllister (age 9) not available? he usually works well alone and under pressure

Looks like something went wrong when AHL history was added to some staff that already existed in the historical database, they wound up with their career start dates not set. I've fixed the guys above, but there'll likely be more, and I'll have to identify those and get them all fixed.
