Lost Scouting Director

When I first started the game, I had a scouting director with a name and I could get to his information by clicking on his name from a news item. At some point in my 2nd season, I lost that scouting director and my scouting reports have no name associated with them and I cannot see the scouting director information.

I dont think scouts have names in Go

Yeah the name is just because it's default for teams to have named scouts, but on Go since there's no coaches, when they leave it doesn't update the name because it's not actually using them. Definitely something for me to clean up though
