Ballpark grid and locations out of wack
I'm currently doing a historical league save where the Dodgers and Giants stay in New York, while Los Angeles and San Francisco were given expansion teams. I downloaded Dodger Stadium off here, and made a few minor edits and renamed it Star Stadium in SketchUp. I didn't change any dimensions or anything. Yet when I put Star Stadium into OOTP, the ball locations and player coordinates are all wrong, and when I try to make the grid, it sends me into space basically, and no grid is made despite me following the game's instructions. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've seen that thing where the grid does that - what I've always had to do is create a new SketchUp file and copy and paste the entire model into it. Just make sure home plate and the baselines line up with the axes properly and re-export the OBJ

I didn't even think to do that. I gave that a go, and the park just showed up as black and grey, and when I checked Sketchup again, the axis was in a different spot from where it was when I first put the model down. I'm very new to Sketchup, so I could be doing something wrong tbf. |
