WhiskyTango Minors (Triple A) Join Date: Mar 2025 Posts: 221	Segregation Am starting the 1939 season and have been playing with segration on. However, guys like Campanella are showing up and we can't keep him out. So, I want to design a separate league for blacks only (maybe for all foreigners, haven't decided). How to do this? Possible to edit the world xml sheet so certain ethnicities are available to specific leagues?
