Develpment Lab question

This is my first-ever post on these forums although I have been playing and enjoying OOTP since it came out decades ago. I am playing a Fictional League game with all teams AI-controlled except for mine. I hired a good AGM and delegated the Development Lab to him. I opened up all 30 slots so the AGM can optimize development across my entire organization. I am in the first preseason for the game and I just received messages about the various players in the Dev Lab. The AGM is putting my pitchers through Bunting drills despite my league using the DH. Now why would he do that? Have any of you noticed this? How do you deal with it? Or am I missing a delegation setting somewhere? Thanks for your thoughts.

I think Will just needs to create an IF-THEN statement to say "IF the league has the DH enabled THEN do not permit P to be given bunting drills." That's all. Good logic bug catch.

But I like that the AGM thinks he's found a market inefficiency and am curious if he knows something about the Rule Committee's next vote with regard to League evolution

i'd be curious, pending a fix, if the next year is any different.
