Supplemental Draft Picks

I am trying to figure out for my fictional Fallout league why supplemental picks have been turned on and how I can turn them back off. I do not see that in the Rules section of the League Settings.

For my league, financials are off and neither of the teams awarded a supplemental pick had a drafted player go unsigned since draftees are auto-signed without financials.

Do you have qualifying offers turned on in your financial settings?

That's where the setting is, you might need to turn on financials briefly to disable compensation and then turn financials back off.

I will give that a try but I have to be in preseason. I guess I can make a reason behind the mysterious supplemental picks. It had not happened before this season, but this is also my first season played in OOTP 26.

Now that you mention it, I have been getting occasional supplemental draft picks between 1st and 2nd rounds this version that I have no idea where they came from. I got one last night but I did not lose a free agent or make a qualifying offer. It happens relatively often. I remember i got one 3 years in a row a while back.

Hmm. If you have a Rookie of the Year award enabled, is "Use Prospect Promotion incentive rule" enabled under Rules?

I think it's checked by default.

This is a confirmed bug I’ve reported, though it hasn’t been addressed yet.

Here's the fix:
- Check "Enable Advanced Draftee Signing"
- Uncheck PPI
- Uncheck "Enable Advanced Draftee Signing"

This seems to be the culprit since both of the teams with the top rookies are the teams that got the extra picks.
