High number of "exhausted" players

Is anybody else experiencing a very high number of "exhausted" players? In my main league, which I imported to OOTP22, ten of my players show as "exhausted." Six are position players. The game date is June 7, 2016. Some of these players continue to show as "exhausted" even after a day of rest.

This league is now unplayable. I might move on to another league I have in OOTP22, but I'm afraid the same thing will happen.

EDIT: I've already hit the "reset fatigue" button, but it doesn't seem normal that this should be happening. It makes me wonder what else is wrong with this version.
