Adding NeL players to existing RD league?

We have an Online League using the historical database that has since been imported to OOTP 26 to start our most reason season. We would like to incorporate the Historical Negro league players that are seen when you select "import real Negro League Players" during league creation so we'll see players from those leagues that have not appeared in previous versions (young Satchel Paige, Clarence Palm, etc).


Truth be told, I'd assumed it would just default to that when you imported an old league, but could understand why it might not. I am running some tests now to see how the database behaves, and see if any options lead to what we want... but I am hoping someone may already know the answer.


Can we change a setting in am imported league to start seeing these players appear in Random Debut drafts?
