Birthdate changes playing Historical with Fictional minors

I currently am playing a historical game with fictional minors. Thanks to Tiger Fan. https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=339170 However, when I moved the draft to June I found something curious. The birthdates to all the players introduced in the draft are born one year younger than real life. For example, I have Chipper Jones below. IRL, he was born in 1972 not 1973. I find it interesting that the game actually changes the date. This hasn't really affected my enjoyment of the game just something I find puzzling. |

Their birthdate is impacted by the import process. If you import a 21-year-old version of Chipper into 1920, it will do the math and adjust the birthday. Your movement of the draft, and thus his arrival relative to default expectations, adjusted it in the same way, just not as dramatically as the 1920 in my example.

			Thanks! That makes sense.
