Who's in the bullpen for the CPU?!?!?!?!

How many years have we been asking for this? The CPU should have to warm up pitchers, too. And we should be able to see who's warming up. PLEASE make this update already!

When warm up is off the computer manager and human manager are equal.

When warm up is on for the human manager it creates a challenge and makes the game harder for the human.

If the computer manager were required to warm up too it is likely that shifts the advantage to the human player.
