Is there a way to use current MLB ball parks in my fictional game?

You can manually assign any stadium for every team in your league. This includes current MLB parks and any you have downloaded and installed.

Where do you find the file that contains the mlb stadiums?

There is no file. Each MLB stadium has a folder in Z:\.......\OOTP Baseball 26\data\ballparks\models
There are tutorials on how to install downloaded parks in the OOTP Mods - 3D Models forum.
