List of OVRs

Is there a list of what OVRs make up High and Low types, e.g. diamond, gold, etc?

If so, where?

95-99 is High Diamond
90-94 is Low Diamond
85-89 is High Gold
80-84 is Low Gold
75-79 is High Silver
70-74 is Low Silver
65-69 is High Bronze
60-64 is Low Bronze
I believe 50-59 is High Iron, and 40-49 is Low Iron.
